Skew Technologies, Inc. (“Skew,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process information when you access or use our websites, applications, trading interfaces, APIs, communications, and other products or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Terms of Use and any other agreements that may apply to particular features or services.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services.
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your email address; name, username, or other profile information, if provided; information submitted when you join a waitlist, request access, sign up for updates, participate in a promotion, or otherwise interact with us; communications you send to us, including inquiries, feedback, support requests, and other correspondence; marketing and communication preferences; and any other information you choose to provide.
We may use service providers such as Resend to send email communications and Airtable to organize or maintain contact, operational, or communications-related information.
1.2 Wallet and Blockchain Information
When you connect a blockchain wallet or interact with blockchain-based features of the Services, we may collect or process public wallet addresses, blockchain network information, transaction hashes, balances, token holdings, orders, trades, positions, settlements, signatures and authentication messages, smart-contract or protocol interactions, and other information publicly available through blockchain networks.
We use third-party infrastructure providers, including WalletConnect and Alchemy, to facilitate wallet connectivity, blockchain communications, and remote procedure call (“RPC”) services. Depending on how these services are configured and used, these providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, device information, request information, wallet addresses, or blockchain activity.
We do not control public blockchain networks, and information recorded on a public blockchain may be permanently and publicly accessible.
1.3 Device, Network, and Technical Information
When you access or use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information, including IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, device or browser identifiers, language and time-zone settings, referring and exit pages, access times and dates, network information, request and response information, system configuration, diagnostic information, and general location information derived from your IP address, such as country, region, or city.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers currently include Vercel and DigitalOcean.
1.4 Usage and Analytics Information
We may collect information about how you use and interact with the Services, including pages or screens viewed, links and buttons clicked, navigation paths, features used, session duration, referral information, interactions with markets or other product features, timestamps, browser and device information, and other usage and performance information.
We currently use PostHog to help us understand usage of the Services, evaluate product performance, identify problems, and improve user experience. We may use cookies, local storage, software development kits, pixels, or similar technologies in connection with these activities.
1.5 Error Reporting, Diagnostics, and Logs
We collect technical information to identify errors, investigate incidents, maintain security, and improve the reliability of the Services. We currently use Sentry for error monitoring and diagnostic reporting and Axiom for logging, observability, and system monitoring.
Information processed through these tools may include IP addresses, wallet addresses, request information, application events, stack traces, error messages, device or browser information, timestamps, and other diagnostic or logging information.
We seek to avoid intentionally placing sensitive personal information into diagnostic or logging systems where it is not necessary for their intended purpose.
1.6 Information From Third Parties and Public Sources
We may receive information from third parties or public sources, including blockchain networks and blockchain data providers, wallet infrastructure providers, RPC providers, analytics providers, fraud, security, or compliance services, market infrastructure providers, publicly available sources, and other service providers that support the Services. We may combine this information with information we collect directly.
2. Public Blockchain Information
Blockchain networks are designed to create permanent and publicly accessible records. If you interact with the Services through a blockchain wallet, information associated with your wallet may be visible publicly and may be associated with your activity over time, including your wallet address, transaction history, token balances, trading activity, positions, transfers, smart-contract interactions, and other blockchain activity.
Even if you stop using Skew, delete an account, or successfully exercise a privacy right with respect to information maintained by Skew, we generally cannot alter, delete, or erase information that has already been recorded on a public blockchain.
You should consider the public and permanent nature of blockchain activity before using blockchain-based features of the Services.
3. Geolocation and Geographic Restrictions
We may use IP addresses, IP-derived location information, network information, wallet information, and other signals to determine whether the Services may be accessed from a particular jurisdiction.
We currently use information and functionality made available through Hyperliquid APIs and infrastructure in connection with geographic access controls and related compliance measures. These systems may automatically allow, restrict, or block access to all or portions of the Services based on geographic, security, compliance, or other eligibility criteria.
We generally seek to use approximate location information, such as country or region derived from IP address, rather than precise GPS location unless a particular feature or legal requirement requires otherwise.
Circumventing geographic restrictions or other access controls may violate our Terms of Use.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Services; connect wallets; authenticate users and sessions; facilitate interactions with blockchain networks and market infrastructure; display markets, orders, trades, positions, balances, and transaction history; process user instructions; maintain product functionality; protect users, Skew, and the Services; detect fraud, abuse, manipulation, unauthorized access, or suspicious activity; investigate security incidents; enforce geographic restrictions, our Terms of Use, and other policies; protect blockchain and market integrity; analyze usage trends and performance; troubleshoot errors; monitor infrastructure; develop new features; improve design and user experience; respond to inquiries; send service-related or marketing communications where permitted; comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and administer our business, including accounting, audits, financing, due diligence, and corporate transactions.
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
If laws in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction require us to identify a legal basis for processing personal information, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent subject to applicable law. Where we rely on legitimate interests, those interests may include operating and improving the Services, maintaining security, preventing fraud and abuse, protecting market integrity, analyzing product usage, and administering our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
6. How We Disclose Information
6.1 Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate the Services and our business. Our current service providers include:

We may add, remove, or replace service providers as our business and technology evolve.
6.2 Blockchain Networks and Market Infrastructure
When you initiate blockchain transactions or market interactions, information may necessarily be transmitted to blockchain networks, validators, nodes, RPC providers, market infrastructure, smart contracts, or other network participants. Information recorded on a blockchain may become publicly available.
6.3 Professional Advisers
We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, auditors, consultants, insurers, financial advisers, and other professional advisers where reasonably necessary.
6.4 Legal and Regulatory Disclosures
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law, respond to legal process or governmental requests, cooperate with regulators or law enforcement, enforce our agreements, investigate suspected wrongdoing, protect the security or integrity of the Services, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Skew, our users, or others.
6.5 Corporate Transactions
We may disclose or transfer information in connection with an actual or proposed financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, change of control, due diligence process, or similar corporate transaction.
7. Third-Party Financial Services
Skew does not currently provide direct fiat on-ramp or off-ramp services.
We may in the future make third-party payment, banking, fiat on-ramp, fiat off-ramp, stablecoin, or other financial services accessible through or in connection with the Services. Those services may be operated by independent third parties and may require you to provide identity, payment, financial, compliance, or other information directly to those providers.
Unless otherwise stated, Skew does not control those third parties’ collection or use of information you provide directly to them. Their privacy policies and terms will apply. We will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate if our handling of financial or payment information materially changes.
8. Customer Support and Communications
If you contact us, we may collect your contact information, wallet address if relevant, the contents of your message, screenshots or attachments you provide, technical information relevant to your request, and records of our communications with you.
We may use email, communications, ticketing, or other service providers to manage communications and support requests as our operations develop.
Do not send private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or other wallet credentials to Skew. Skew will never need your seed phrase or private key to provide ordinary support.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, provide security, prevent fraud, understand product usage, measure performance, identify technical errors, and improve the Services.
Some browser or device settings may allow you to block or delete cookies or local storage. Disabling certain technologies may cause portions of the Services not to function properly. Where required by applicable law, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
10. Sale and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
We also do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use personal information to serve third-party targeted advertising based on your activity across unrelated websites or services.
If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain security and prevent abuse, comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements, maintain appropriate business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, why it was collected, applicable legal requirements, and operational needs. We may retain certain information in backups, security records, fraud-prevention systems, logs, or archived systems after other copies have been deleted.
Information recorded on a public blockchain is not controlled by Skew and may remain permanently available. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information where permitted by law.
12. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. However, no method of transmission, blockchain system, wallet system, network, storage system, or other technology is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, wallets, passwords, credentials, private keys, and recovery information.
13. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you reside and subject to applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, opt-out of certain marketing communications, opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information or use for targeted advertising where applicable, appeal certain decisions regarding privacy requests, and lodge a complaint with an applicable privacy or data-protection authority.
These rights may be subject to exceptions and limitations under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
Certain rights cannot practically be applied to information recorded on a public blockchain because Skew does not control or have the ability to alter the blockchain.
To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information in Section 19 below.
14. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures
Certain U.S. state privacy laws may provide additional rights to residents of those states. Depending on applicable law, the categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers such as email address, IP address, wallet address, or online identifiers; Internet or electronic network activity; approximate geolocation information; commercial or transaction information such as blockchain activity, market interactions, orders, trades, or positions; communications information; and limited inferences generated from product, security, fraud, or usage information.
We obtain these categories of information from the sources described in this Privacy Policy and use and disclose them for the purposes described above. We do not discriminate against individuals for exercising privacy rights provided by applicable law.
California residents may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, and information regarding our collection and disclosure of personal information, as well as rights relating to the sale or sharing of personal information and certain uses of sensitive personal information where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies.
Skew does not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by applicable California law.
15. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, applicable data-protection law may provide you with additional rights, including rights to access, correct, or delete personal information; restrict or object to processing; receive certain information in portable form; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Skew is based in the United States, and many of our service providers operate in the United States and other countries. Accordingly, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside the country where you live.
Where required by applicable law, we will use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers, which may include adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, contractual safeguards, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
16. Automated Access and Eligibility Determinations
We may use automated systems to enforce geographic restrictions, security measures, anti-abuse controls, or other eligibility requirements. These systems may use IP-derived location, wallet information, device information, network information, or other technical signals to determine whether access to some or all of the Services should be allowed or restricted.
Where applicable law provides you with a right to request human review of an automated decision, you may contact us using the information below.
17. Children
The Services are not intended for children. You must satisfy the minimum age and eligibility requirements specified in our Terms of Use to use the Services.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us unlawfully, please contact us.
18. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to, integrate with, or permit interactions with third-party websites, wallets, blockchain networks, applications, protocols, or services.
This Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy practices of third parties that act independently of Skew. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party services you use.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by applicable law.
